Who controls the work?
You do. We sign their employment contract, you direct their day-to-day work. The legal employer relationship is with TMS.
How are wages set?
You set the gross salary (with our market benchmarks if helpful). We pay it, plus statutory, and bill you all-in monthly.
Can we hire them permanently later?
