Since 2012, Abhijit has been leading TMS. He left his job at Deloitte USA and started his own business in India. Abhijit is entrepreneurial and during his IT engineering studies at Mumbai University, he worked on two ventures, one of which he sold successfully. Later, he pursued his Masters in Management at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Abhijit’s business skills and desire for growth helped establish TMS as a strong HR staffing and outsourcing company, serving over 450 clients with five services, not just in India but also internationally.
Makarand brings a strong background in client service from his experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with renowned brands like The Oberoi, Accor Hotels, and others across the UK, Singapore, and India. After completing his post-graduation in London, he transitioned into Talent Acquisition and HR Staffing at TMS. He now specializes in hiring for senior and CXO roles across sectors such as IT, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Retail, and FMCG, and has successfully implemented HR systems for SMEs in various industries.
Vishakha is a Tenacious HR leader in charge of the Staffing Solutions Services Division, handling HR activities for 8500+ contract employees all over India. She leads her team effectively, even in tough situations, ensuring smooth contract staffing. Vishakha is highly regarded for her client-focused approach, managing the entire employee journey for major companies. She specializes in tasks like Onboarding, Exit Formalities, Payroll, Compliance, and Grievances. Vishakha’s background in Commerce and IT, along with her post-graduation in HR, positions her at the forefront of technology-driven HR practices in the corporate world.
