How much can employers save through these schemes?

Under NATS, 50% of stipend (up to prescribed minimum) is reimbursed. Under NAPS, 25% capped at ₹1,500/apprentice/month. Under MYKPY (Maharashtra), 100% of stipend is government-paid for 6 months. Combined with talent quality, returns are significant.

Can these apprentices be hired permanently after the program?

Yes, and it's common. After Certificate of Proficiency is issued, you can hire them onto your payroll or TMS Contract Staffing as confirmed employees.

Are these schemes worth the compliance overhead?
