Benefits of MYKPY for the Company:

Cost Savings: Minimize your training and hiring expenses as the government pays a monthly stipend of ₹6,000 to ₹10,000 for each candidate through MYKPY registration.
No Legal Difficulties: Trainees are exempt from several labor rules.

Monthly Stipend provided by the Government during training period.

Rs. 6,000/- per month for 12th pass students.
Rs. 8,000/- per month for ITI or Diploma holders.
Rs. 10,000/- per month for graduates or post-graduates.

Eligibility Criteria for Establishments and Industries:

Location

The business or industrial unit must
be located within the geographical boundaries of Maharashtra to
qualify under the state’s
apprenticeship and training
programs.

Registration

The establishment should be
registered on the official portal of Maharashtra’s Department of
Skill, Employment, Entrepreneurship,
and Innovation.

Operational Duration

The organization must have
been in continuous operation for
at least three years from the
date of application.

Enrollment in Government Organizations:

Registration with the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) is a requirement for the establishment.
Registration with the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is required.
Registration with the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPF) is required.
It needs to have a current Udhyog Aadhar registration.
