Step 1 — Discovery & Onboarding (Day 1–3)
You share the employee details, role, compensation structure, and start date. TMS reviews your requirements and prepares a compliant employment contract aligned with Indian labour law.
Step 2 — Employee Onboarding (Day 3–7)
TMS becomes the legal employer. We collect KYC documents, register the employee for PF (EPF), ESIC, and Professional Tax as applicable, and issue the offer letter and appointment order.
Step 3 — Payroll & Compliance Goes Live (Month 1)
Monthly payroll is processed by TMS — including all statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF), accurate calculations, and on-time salary disbursement to the employee’s bank account.
Step 4 — Monthly Filings & Reports (Ongoing)
TMS files all monthly and annual statutory returns — EPF challan, ESIC challan, PT returns, TDS returns (Form 24Q), and generates Form 16 annually. You receive a compliance MIS report each month.
Step 5 — Employee Support (Ongoing)
Your employees have access to TMS’s dedicated HR support desk for queries on payslips, leave, reimbursements, and HR documentation. All queries resolved within 24–48 hours.
