Benefits of MYKPY for the Company:

· Cost Savings: Your training and hiring expenses would be minimized as the government pays a monthly sum of ₹6,000 to ₹10,000 each candidate.

· No Legal Difficulties: Trainees are exempt from several labor rules.

Monthly Stipend provided by the Government during training period.

Rs. 6,000/- per month for 12th pass students.
Rs. 8,000/- per month for ITI or Diploma holders.
Rs. 10,000/- per month for graduates or post-graduates.

Eligibility Criteria for Establishments and Industries:

Location: The business or industry must function inside Maharashtra’s state borders.
Registration: The establishment needs to be listed on the official website of the Maharashtra government’s department of skill, employment, entrepreneurship, and innovation as an employer

Enrollment in Government Organizations:

Registration with the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) is a requirement for the establishment.
Registration with the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is required.
Registration with the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPF) is required.
It needs to have a current Udhyog Aadhar registration.
