Under MYKPY, the Maharashtra government pays the full prescribed monthly stipend (₹6,000–10,000 depending on qualification) directly to apprentices for 6 months. Employers get trained candidates at zero stipend cost; the only requirement is on-the-job training and compliance with scheme rules. TMS registers your establishment with Maharashtra DSDE, onboards apprentices, files monthly attendance/RoT and closes out the cohort.

Who pays the stipend in MYKPY?
The Maharashtra government pays the full prescribed stipend directly to apprentices — ₹6,000 for 12th pass, ₹8,000 for ITI/Diploma and ₹10,000 for Graduates. Employers pay nothing for stipend.
How long is an MYKPY cohort?
6 months of on-the-job training. After that, the apprentice can be converted to your payroll, hired on TMS Contract Staffing, or released.
Can MYKPY be combined with NAPS or NATS?
Not for the same individual at the same time. But for the same employer, you can run cohorts under different schemes in parallel — MYKPY for Maharashtra-resident freshers, NAPS / NATS for technical apprentices.
