ESIC Compliance Guide India 2026 — ESI Rules Under Code on Social Security

The Employees State Insurance (ESI) scheme provides medical, sickness, maternity, disability and dependent benefits for Indian workers. ESIC compliance is mandatory for non-seasonal establishments with 10+ employees earning up to Rs 21,000/month.
