Team Management Services (TMS) was founded in 2006 as a boutique staffing firm in Mumbai. Twenty-plus years later, we have grown into one of India’s most experienced HR outsourcing partners, supporting 450+ active clients and 8,500+ employees on payroll across all states of India and 100+ cities.
What began with a few committed founders has become a multi-disciplinary HR services firm running Contract Staffing, Employer of Record (EOR), Payroll Outsourcing, Statutory Compliance, Talent Acquisition, GCC Setup, and more. Over the course of two decades, we have navigated every major regulatory change in Indian HR — from the introduction of EPF/ESI online filings to the four new Labour Codes — and built playbooks that protect our clients from compliance risk.
